Items broken due to excessive physical force, user-error, or improper operational handling do not qualify for refunds, returns, store credits, or replacements.
Damages and Shipping Claims: Any claims regarding items "arrived damaged" or "defective upon delivery" must be submitted to our support terminal within 48 hours of the timestamped carrier delivery notification. Submissions must include high-resolution photographic or video evidence demonstrating the delivery container damage alongside the un-handled item. Failure to report delivery defects within this 48-hour window establishes that the product arrived in perfect operational condition, and any subsequent structural failures will be classified strictly as user-handling damage.
